When you access and use the App, we will collect and retain personal information necessary for the App's functionality.

All of your information is stored locally on your device unless you explicitly enable the Beeminder integration. We do not collect, store, or process any of your personal data on our servers. We will not use personal identifying information to contact you for any reason unrelated to your use of the App or for commercial reasons unrelated to the business of the Company. Except with your consent or where required by law, we will not provide personal identifying information to any third party.
To help you track your activities and routines, the App automatically records information about your usage. This information is stored entirely on your device and includes your activities, routines, completion history, time stamps, and app settings. We do not automatically collect or transmit usage data, analytics, or telemetry from your device to our servers.

You can enable or disable these permissions at any time through your device settings. Disabling permissions may limit certain App functionality.
The App does not use cookies. However, if you access any web links within the App, those websites may use cookies according to their own policies.
We use data collected from the App for various purposes, including to: provide the App to you and accompanying customer support; notify you about updates and changes to the App; prevent and address technical issues with the App; monitor usage of the App.
Without restriction, we may use any information you submit through the App for any purpose we deem appropriate so long as it is anonymous and stripped of any and all personal identifying information.
We may use the data collected from the App, devices, browsers, and any other sources, for its own purposes, both related to and unrelated to improving the App.

Since we do not collect or store your personal information on our servers, there is no need to request access, amendment, or deletion of your data from our systems. You have complete control over your data on your device.
The App stores all your data locally on your device. When you delete the App, most data is removed; however, some sensitive data (such as your Beeminder authentication token, selected calendar IDs, and preferences) may remain in your device's Keychain storage even after app deletion. You can remove this Keychain data by resetting your device's Keychain in Settings or by performing a factory reset. If you have connected to Beeminder, data that has already been sent to Beeminder will remain in their systems according to their privacy policy.
You may decline to grant certain permissions (such as calendar access or notifications), in which case you may not be able to use some features of the App.
If you have connected to Beeminder, you can disconnect your account at any time through the App's settings, which will stop any future data transmission to Beeminder.
We do not store any of your information on our servers. All data is stored locally on your device, which means your data is protected by your device's built-in security features.
The only exception is if you explicitly connect to Beeminder, in which case your selected routine completion data will be sent to Beeminder's servers as configured in your settings. Beeminder's security practices are governed by their own privacy policy and terms of service.
Since we don't store your data on our servers, many typical data security concerns don't apply. However, we still recommend that you keep your device updated with the latest security patches and use appropriate device security features (passcode, Face ID, etc.) to protect your data.
In the event the personal information of a User is disclosed as the result of any breach of security of the App or its servers, regardless of who is at fault, we will take steps to advise all known affected Users within 7 days of learning of the breach.
To provide an enhanced experience to Users, including to track conversions and analytics, we may engage services and features controlled by third-parties. We cannot control or dictate how any third-party application you use in conjunction with the App, now or at any point in the future, will treat any personal information you transmit through their servers when using the App. We advise you to contact these parties directly to review their privacy policies.

By using any of these third-party applications to interact with the App, we will not be given access to your login credentials, user name, password, payment information, or any information you may provide directly to these applications.

Persons under the age of 13 are prohibited from using the App without the express permission and direct supervision of a parent or guardian. Persons under the age of 13 are prohibited from submitting any personal identifying information through the App. The Company will immediately delete any personal identifying information submitted in violation of this Policy.
In certain situations, we may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time, and any amended Policy is effective upon posting to the App. We will make efforts to communicate any changes to this Policy we deem material, in our sole discretion, via email or notifications on the App. Your continued use of the App will be deemed acceptance of any amended Policy.
