Learn more about our visual time management app and the team behind it.
Time Stream was born from our own struggles with routine management and shifting daily commitments. We wanted to create a tool that would help establish consistent routines in the face of interruptions and changes to plans, and visualize how time flows throughout the day.
As a team that includes members with ADHD, we understand the challenges of time blindness and the importance of visual cues. We built Time Stream to be the app we wished existed—one that provides structure without being rigid, and clarity without being overwhelming.
Time Stream is a product of Micro(chip)managed, a small team focused on creating tools that subtly transform how you manage the things you need to do.

Time Stream focuses on visualizing the flow of time throughout your day. It integrates routines, activities, calendar events, critical time thresholds, and sleep schedules into a unified timeline, giving you unparalleled clarity over how you spend your time.
Time Stream's real-time projections and visual warnings help those who struggle with time perception, making it especially valuable for people with ADHD or executive function challenges.
No. All your routines, activities, and settings are stored locally on your device. We don't collect, store, or process any of your personal data on our servers, giving you complete control and privacy.
The only exception is if you explicitly enable the Beeminder integration, which will send activity completion data to Beeminder's servers as configured in your settings.
Time Stream can access your device's calendars (with your permission) to display events alongside your routines and activities. This gives you a complete picture of your day, showing how your personal routines fit around your scheduled commitments.
The app reads your calendar data but never modifies it, and you can choose which calendars to display in the settings.
Yes! Since all data is stored locally on your device, Time Stream works fully offline. The only features that require an internet connection are the Beeminder integration (if enabled) and any calendar sync that your device normally requires.
Time Stream is designed with changing plans in mind. You can pause any routine when interruptions occur and seamlessly resume when ready. The app will adjust projected completion times automatically.
You can also skip non-essential activities or reset progress as needed, giving you flexibility while maintaining structure.
If you're a Beeminder user, Time Stream can automatically submit a +1 to your Beeminder goal on activity completion. This lets you track your routine consistency with Beeminder's commitment contracts and visualization tools.
This integration is completely optional and must be explicitly enabled in the app settings.
